Some incidents which include > plates dirty in the breakfast room > spoons dirty > buffet very poor for a 4 star hotel ,same items 7 days > no refills for the buffet, 9.30 am no hot food available

Nice hotel - served its purpose. A little too expensive for what you get.
Breakfast, Bed, Staff, Location - all excellent
Room a little stuffy and AC cooler turned off centrally despite it being quite warm. No creamer for coffee.
